Ms Kristina Amundson, CNM

Kristina is a Certified Nurse Midwife who provides both obstetric and women's health care. She was born in Traverse City, Michigan and moved to Fairbanks in 2009. Kristina is married with both a son and daughter who keep her on her toes. She loves doing anything crafty, Alaskan glamping, hiking, and reading a good novel.She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Master's degree in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. Shortly after becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife, Kristina
achieved her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Frontier Nursing University. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifery who brings 15 years of experience in labor and birth to our practice.
