Dr Dajee has provided excellent care through multiple rounds of injections and, now, laser therapy. She is most professional but is also kind, patient, gentle, and informative about all aspects of the care she provides. It’s nice Show morece to work with a physician who seems to genuinely care about her patients. The allied healthcare providers and office staff are second to none. They are efficient and display the same type of patience and professionalism seen with Dr Dajee. Appointments run on time, and staff are helpful, polite, professional, cooperative and communicative when scheduling care or discussing insurance issues. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Dajee and will gladly and wholeheartedly recommend her when opportunities arise.
Dr Dajee is wonderful. I took my sister to her after she had misdiagnosed with macular degeneration and was getting shots in her eyes. That was stopped and the doc checked her regularly for macular and 5 years later she doesn’t Show moreneed shots. My sister has dementia now and in a wheel chair. I took her to Dr Dajee on Friday. Her staff And Dr Dajee could not have more considerate and kind. What started has a very stressed day for me was made easy. Dr Dajee was so kind to my sister and explained everything to me. Bottom line, 5 stars is not enough.
Kruti Dajee, MD, is one of the skilled ophthalmologists practicing at Greater Dallas Retina in McKinney, Texas.
She grew up in the greater Dallas area and completed medical and sub-specialty training in the metroplex. Dr. Dajee always envisioned herself as a true community physician and yearned to give back to the community in which she grew up. She grew up in Plano, Texas, and graduated as a President’s Scholar from Southern Methodist University Summa Cum Laude.
After completing medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she enjoyed being class president for four years and graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors, she began her post-doctoral training with an internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas and then completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern.
During her time in ophthalmology residency, she served on the Chief Resident Council and, during her second year, won a research award. Dr. Dajee completed her surgical retina fellowship at UT Southwestern as well, where she led the retina service at the two largest county hospitals in the metroplex. This experience gave her the depth and breadth of knowledge in the management of the most complex retinal and macular diseases.
Dr. Dajee enjoys spending time with her husband, who is her high school sweetheart, and her two young daughters. She is a trained classical Indian dancer and loves choreographing and performing with her dance company, Indique Dance.

From the welcoming receptionists and the professional optical techs and of course, to Dr Dajee, this is an office that does everything for the best benefit for each patient. Dr. Dajee is so gentle and caring. I am in awe of her intelligence and ability to make one relax while getting an injection in one or both eyes. I consider myself fortunate to have been directed to see her after my cataract surgery. Dr. Kurti Is very knowledgeable. She is also Excellent at giving the treatment of which in my case is two shots into my eye There is no one else I would trust with my eye care .
