Mental health and wellness are a state of emotional, psychological, and social well-being. When one of these elements is out of place, it can lead to mental illness. Having realized that there is a lot of stigmatization around mental illness has fueled my passion for providing evidenced based compassionate and holistic care across the life span. Being a Yoruba and English-speaking Masters prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, from Drexel University, and with more than 20 years of experience in the nursing field, has equipped me with vital skills in different treatment modalities. I believe in personalized collaborative approach to achieve expected outcomes. I achieve this through psychotherapy, medication management, or medication management and psychotherapy.
