The wait is entirely to long I got there at 1:45 pm and did not leave until 3:15 I Think it was that is entirely to long at all My time is as important as the Drs time Also.

Dr Ntim has excellent personality and memory. He excels in his position as a thyroid doctor and has a reassuring welcoming effect on his patients. I only make my folloeup appointments on a day I know he will be in the office. Thanks to my confidence in Dr Ntim I am a client of your practice.
Dr Ntim is so personable and fun. He puts you at ease right away. He is very thorough when discussing labs and makes clear, easy to understand recommendations on how to better manage my diabetes and prevent kidney damage. I wish to continue with Dr Ntim as I feel more comfortable with him and he is so knowledgeable of his specialty.

Dr Ntim is a fantastic Physician, however, the office staff leaves a LOT to be desired. Listening and/or listening comprehension is NOT a thing with employees who answer the phones. Apparently, compassion isn’t either…

Dr.Ntim is the kindest, thoughtful, and caring doctor! He spends the time with you explains things with absolutely ease of understanding and always has a kind and gentle approach. I never feel bad or insecure when leaving his office, he makes you feel like you’re the only patient, I never feel rushed or as a burden. He is an amazing doctor!
