Kyla has helped me with my sleep hygiene and sleep apnea, which I knew almost nothing about. If you have questions, she will answer them no problem. I was embarrassed to have been diagnosed with sleep apnea but she’s well informedShow more and helped me to realize that it can be due to multiple reasons. I had really bad sleep apnea, I was tired of being exhausted and fatigued daily but with her help and getting taken care of with a cpap machine, I now wake up feeling no fatigued and with more energy!
I appreciate that she explained the reason for my visit and was very thorough. She touched base on different face masks to try and where to go to get them. Soon she will be able to provide all supplies needed to get a better rest.Show more Thank you Kyla for your time. See ya in the future. :)
