Lance C. Dr. Lundie specializes in comprehensive foot and ankle care. Dr. Lundie earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, IL. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College. He is completing his Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency at Detroit Medical Center, where he continues to refine his expertise in foot and ankle surgery.
His dedication to the field has been recognized with awards such as the Edwin J. Harris DPM ’70 Proficiency in Pediatric Orthopedics Award and the Dr. Scholl Foundation Scholar distinction. A member of several professional organizations, including the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Lundie stays at the forefront of advancements in podiatric medicine.
Prior to his residency, Dr. Lundie gained valuable experience as a Patient Care Technician at Sparrow Health System and a Certified Nurse Assistant at Burcham Hills Retirement Community. These roles deepened his commitment to patient-centered care and instilled a holistic approach to treating foot and ankle conditions.

A friend recommended Dr. Mirkovic and I am so glad she did. The podiatrist I was seeing retired & I needed to find someone else. Dr Mirkovic is great!! She is very patient, listens to you and your concerns, explains what she is going to do and is so gentle & caring about any discomfort you may have. I have already recommended her to a few friends, and my husband now sees her as well and he likes her too!!
It was my first time seeing a podiatrist, and I feel so blessed for it to have been Dr. Mirkovic. She was very kind and thorough. Truly listening to my concerns and actually showing her care by actually wanting to get to the bottom of the problem instead of just assuming something and rushing through the appointment. First time there for ingrown toenails procedure was quick, easy and painless. Doctor was great she answered any questions I had and made everything nice and comfortable. I will definitely be going back to do my other toe
