I had been to the ER a couple of times and both times I was sent home and told to continue with over the counter medications After a week of congestion shortness of breath and fever I went to the urgent care tired scared and despeShow morerate. I w greeted with kindness at the front desk. When I was escorted to a room soon after Dr. LASHARA entered after the nurse and I was immediately treated with a breathing treatment, I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness the Dr. and her team showed me.
My experience today at Apple urgent care in Indio was the best experience the physician assistant Lashara Maea what's the best and awesome p a i have ever seen in any facility she greeted me with a smile that made my day she cShow moreonversated with me about my visit and my issues we need more like her medical facilities I think my Lord God for sending me to her and getting to meet her thank you for the wonderful experience I had today with this physician assistant she is Heavenly sent and is angel

Super nice! And was very concerned about how I was feeling and wanted to make sure I was going to be okay moving forward and gave me a breathing treatment for my bronchitis she was amazing and it felt good knowing I was being seen by someone who seemed to actually care about my health and recovery

Extremely long wait time. No appointments taken only walk ins per front desk people. It took and hour and 30 minutes to be seen. X rays took less than 5 minutes wich doesn’t make sense why the wait was so long.
I didn't wait very long. The receptionist were very nice . Not to mentioned the DR. was very polite and understanding. I recommend this place if you get sick. This is the place to go.

Really felt like she cared. She listened and addressed my issues, provided helpful advice and made me feel important. Her bedside manner was impeccable which is something that is truly lacking in our world today. The whole office was very kind and helpful. Thank you. Keep this up as other urgent cares do not have comparable services and treat people as if they are an inconvenience.

The visit was good. I have his blood pressure and it was high and Dr wouldn’t let me leave until she saw my blood pressure getting better
