I had been to the ER a couple of times and both times I was sent home and told to continue with over the counter medications After a week of congestion shortness of breath and fever I went to the urgent care tired scared and despeShow morerate. I w greeted with kindness at the front desk. When I was escorted to a room soon after Dr. LASHARA entered after the nurse and I was immediately treated with a breathing treatment, I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness the Dr. and her team showed me.
My experience today at Apple urgent care in Indio was the best experience the physician assistant Lashara Maea what's the best and awesome p a i have ever seen in any facility she greeted me with a smile that made my day she cShow moreonversated with me about my visit and my issues we need more like her medical facilities I think my Lord God for sending me to her and getting to meet her thank you for the wonderful experience I had today with this physician assistant she is Heavenly sent and is angel

We had a great experience today. The pediatrician was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She was warm and gentle with my toddler, which made the visit much easier. I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. We’re grateful for the excellent care and would happily recommend her to other families.

Was pretty dissapointed with the fact that we went in for a viral cold with temperature and then we end up getting referred to JFK to rule out appendicitis??!! like are you for reals??. spent 2 extra hours at ER just so that the ER doctor can literally just say that Urgent care clinicians dont know what theyre doing?! A visit that could have been taken care in less than 30 min.

She explained everything in a way he could actually understand, even joking that the little thing in the back of your throat looks like a punching bag, which made us laugh. She thoroughly explained each medication, came back to check on him, and showed genuine compassion. Thank you for making us both feel cared for.
I saw Lashara Maea, FNP yesterday at the Urgent Care in Indio. She was very kind, compassionate and took the time to listen to all my symptoms. She was very thorough in diagnosing me. She prescribed me medications and explained how and when to take them. I feel very confident that I will have a quick recovery!

She’s the absolute sweetest! Went in the day of feeling early symptoms of some sort of cold. She tested me for strep as it was one or my concerns. Went in around 5:30 and was seen within minutes of checking in. I was out of there in about 20. It’s very refreshing to see smiling faces and great personality when you’re not feeling the best. One of the best healthcare experiences!
