I saw Lashara Maea, FNP yesterday at the Urgent Care in Indio. She was very kind, compassionate and took the time to listen to all my symptoms. She was very thorough in diagnosing me. She prescribed me medications and explained how and when to take them. I feel very confident that I will have a quick recovery!

She’s the absolute sweetest! Went in the day of feeling early symptoms of some sort of cold. She tested me for strep as it was one or my concerns. Went in around 5:30 and was seen within minutes of checking in. I was out of there in about 20. It’s very refreshing to see smiling faces and great personality when you’re not feeling the best. One of the best healthcare experiences!

Extremely long wait time. No appointments taken only walk ins per front desk people. It took and hour and 30 minutes to be seen. X rays took less than 5 minutes wich doesn’t make sense why the wait was so long.

I had been to the ER a couple of times and both times I was sent home and told to continue with over the counter medications After a week of congestion shortness of breath and fever I went to the urgent care tired scared and desperate. I w greeted with kindness at the front desk. When I was escorted to a room soon after Dr. LASHARA entered after the nurse and I was immediately treated with a breathing treatment, I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness the Dr. and her team showed me.
