I had been to the ER a couple of times and both times I was sent home and told to continue with over the counter medications After a week of congestion shortness of breath and fever I went to the urgent care tired scared and despeShow morerate. I w greeted with kindness at the front desk. When I was escorted to a room soon after Dr. LASHARA entered after the nurse and I was immediately treated with a breathing treatment, I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness the Dr. and her team showed me.
Doctor was very empathetic to my needs and super friendly. The medical staff very helpful and persistent to complete an ear cleaning that was giving me some trouble in my day to day wellbeing. Keep up the good customer service eveShow moren if you’re stressed because it impacts the patient immensely. You all did very well from the front desk to my vital sign check procedure, to meeting the the physician and so on. God Bless you all!!!

I didn't wait very long. The receptionist were very nice . Not to mentioned the DR. was very polite and understanding. I recommend this place if you get sick. This is the place to go.

When I was escorted to a room soon after Dr. LASHARA entered after the nurse and I was immediately treated with a breathing treatment, I am very grateful for the compassion and kindness the Dr. and her team showed me.
Really felt like she cared. She listened and addressed my issues, provided helpful advice and made me feel important. Her bedside manner was impeccable which is something that is truly lacking in our world today. The whole office was very kind and helpful. Thank you. Keep this up as other urgent cares do not have comparable services and treat people as if they are an inconvenience.

The visit was good. I have his blood pressure and it was high and Dr wouldn’t let me leave until she saw my blood pressure getting better
