Very understanding and kind
Very nice and helpful. She was amazing to me and my daughter at our visit.
She was competent and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was not the worst I’ve ever seen, but not exactly warm and friendly. I mean I can’t imagine how anyone would be happy or bubbly after seeing as many patients as she sees at the urgent care I saw her at, so that kind of makes sense.

Dr. Lashara was amazing in providing me comfort and a listening ear for my concerns. She was very thorough in explaining the best and worst possible situations. She did not make me feel rushed. She was very personable and made the visit and the situation a lot easier to understand.

This was my first experience and it was smooth. Every one was professional and I was in and out with my prescription ready for pick up with in an hour after discharge.👍

We had a great experience today. The pediatrician was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She was warm and gentle with my toddler, which made the visit much easier. I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. We’re grateful for the excellent care and would happily recommend her to other families.

Was pretty dissapointed with the fact that we went in for a viral cold with temperature and then we end up getting referred to JFK to rule out appendicitis??!! like are you for reals??. spent 2 extra hours at ER just so that the ER doctor can literally just say that Urgent care clinicians dont know what theyre doing?! A visit that could have been taken care in less than 30 min.

I saw Lashara Maea, FNP yesterday at the Urgent Care in Indio. She was very kind, compassionate and took the time to listen to all my symptoms. She was very thorough in diagnosing me. She prescribed me medications and explained how and when to take them. I feel very confident that I will have a quick recovery!
