I was very pleased, the wait was long like most doctor offices. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and she didn't act rushed. she answered my question and explained the medication . I overall am very happy, starting with Show morethe receptionist , she was very pleasant and helpful. The medical assistant was great. I would highly recommend using Dr Cervantes.
