If i could rate this facility and their staff a 10/10, I would. Every single person I encountered was warm, friendly, kind, empathetic, informative, respectful and just human. They made this experience less intense than it alreadyShow more is. They have a room full of affirmations! I do wish there was something that could be done about the protestors outside but I understand that it’s a public space. The security guard moves really quick and lets you in before the protesters can even get out of hand.

This was such a hard day but everyone was so supportive..
From the moment I called the office to schedule an appointment, I felt at ease. Everyone I met with was super kind, understanding, and compassionate. Dr. Laurent Delli-Bovi explained everything so well and gave great advice for a smooth process. I would 10/10 recommend this facility and doctor to anyone in my situation.

Women’s Health Services exceeded my expectations. Everyone was caring, warm and welcoming from security guard to the provider. I felt understood about my choices when I called and spoke to an intake specialist. They heard my concerns and were sympathetic towards them and gave an appointment asap. The care that was given to me was above what I’ve gotten before at Major Boston Hospitals that was nothing short of a supermarket deli line. I would recommend Women Health Services team to any women.
Laurent was amazing! Everything went so easily and smoothly. She even helped me through my anxiety attack and was very supportive. Everything went perfect i couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Everyone from the security gaurd, to the receptionist, the counselor, and medical professionals performing the procedure and ultrasound made me feel extremely comfortable and calm throughout the process (which I will admit I was nervous about). If you are deciding whether or not to go to this clinic, I cannot recommend this facility enough.

This clinic was a saving grace. From the first phone call to discharge, I felt supported, heard, and safe. The staff were amazing and able to make me feel calm even on the worst day. I will be forever grateful that my OBGYN recommended this clinic to me during my time of need.

Amazing service 100% recommend
The whole medical team were great. They were very attentive and provided great support. They made what could be a very difficult moment very smooth and make sure you are comfortable. Very organized too.

Incredibly helpful staffs. While going inside the hospital I was literally scared but the staffs helped me a lot really thankful for all of them
