I went to Dr. Lloyd's with my 90 year old mom. His entire staff was welcoming and eager to help. We had been with another podiatrist for a couple of years. When Covid -19 hit, that doctor's office kept cancelling my mom's appoiShow morentments saying they were only taking emergencies. Well at 90 + almost everything medical could potentially be an emergency! Well when the other podiatrist office called to cancel our appointment one more time. I said thank you but NO THANK YOU. My mom's primary care doctor's office recommended Dr. Lloyd to us and I couldn't be happier. We were given an appointment within 1 week of my initial call. Today was a breath of fresh air for both my mom and myself. Dr. Lloyd's patient care is real. He asked me to come up to the table where he was explaining why my mom had so much pain and how he and his team would be able to bring her relief. I was so impressed when we were done that I will be a patient of Dr. Lloyd. My appointment is Thursday. I can't wait my feet are a mess. Thank you Dr. Lloyd and your staff for being genuine! I've used Dr. Lloyd several times. He's always been GREAT with me! I'm still going too him, he's treating my feet 1/4 quarterly, I'm a Diabetic , so I need special treatment on my feet. As a longtime resident of Indiana, Lawrence E. Lloyd, DPM, FACFAS, is proud to serve the community that he and his family call home. Dr. Lloyd, a top-rated, board-certified podiatrist, is the founder of Lloyd Podiatry Group, Inc., with locations in Anderson and Fishers, Indiana.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Dr. Lloyd was attended podiatric medical school in Chicago. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Lloyd then relocated to Indiana to complete his podiatric residency and fellowship, before becoming board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
After more than 35 years of reconstructive surgery, in 2022, Dr. Lloyd retired from hospital surgery, but still performs extensive in office surgical procedures on ingrown toenails, warts, and other soft-tissue aliments. Dr. Lloyd offers non-surgical treatment options for lower-extremity ailments, including fractures, ingrown toenails, bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs, neuromas, plantar fasciitis, and more. Dr. Lloyd was the first physician in Indiana to develop and utilize treatment protocols for fungal nail disease and cutting-edge laser solutions, and has more than a decade of extensive experience with hundreds of satisfied laser patients.
Because of his special interests in preventive services and diabetic foot care, Dr. Lloyd ensures each patient is wearing the proper footwear and designs custom-fitted orthotics. He makes sure patients have the proper foot and ankle support to achieve optimal performance for athletic training or in-demand job functions.
Even though Dr. Lloyd designs conservative treatment plans and tries to avoid surgery whenever possible, he understands that sometimes surgery is truly the best solution. If necessary, Dr Lloyd will refer you to one of his talented colleaques, so that you can be assured of competent and safe care.
Away from the office, Dr. Lloyd enjoys spending time with his family. He’s married with three grown children, who all graduated from Park Tudor School in Indianapolis before going off to college and postgraduate studies in law, film school, and CRNA school. In his free time, Dr. Lloyd likes to travel to Japan, California, northern Wisconsin, and Germany, where he studied in college.

Dr. Lloyd and staff got me in the same day as I had an infected callus on my left foot. After looking at the x-ray he opened it on my left foot & removed an inch long piece of wire that had been in my foot.
I had an injury to my foot. Called and got in that day. Dr. Lloyd fixed my injury with very kind and gentle hands.

Dr. Lloyd walks in with the warmest most beautiful smile. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He has great shoe recommendations which are so very helpful for my foot comfort. My husband had custom orthotics made which have been a game changer for his feet and being able to walk easily without pain. He has helped us both onto the road of recovery and happy feet health.
