Needed blood work done and was informed why I needed it done, went through all medication I take and what others I need to take like vitamins, also what other treatments and vaccinations I need done . Blood pressure and heart sounds were checked. Lee Ann and Mary are always real nice, take time to answer all questions and very informative, always pleasant,liked them both a lot
