I have been a patient since April 2017. Dr. Chu is very attentive, thorough and has excellent rapport. She listens carefully and is very willing to answer questions. She provides clear explanations regarding her examinations and aShow moressociated need for medical tests and/or procedures. Dr. Chu has a wonderful bedside manner and has always shown her concern for my comfort. I am under her care for treatments associated with a single kidney, enlarged prostate, ED, and testosterone replacement therapy.

The office is efficient, well managed and Dr. Chu has looping content on the TV with her proving public service announcement type content covering urological conditions common to both men and women. It was an informative Dr.'s visit for me, on a few different levels.

Some Seniors are difficult , you front office need to be patient and friendly more than that.
