Today 7/14/25 was my first visit with Dr. Chu, and I instantly felt at ease with her. Even though the office was really busy, she took her time, listened closely, and asked all the right questions. I didn’t feel like I had to pushShow more for answers. She made everything clear and created a thoughtful treatment plan right away. I truly feel like I’m in good hands which is wonderful because it’s been a while since I felt this way in a medical setting. And her staff is very kind and patient!

The doctor is good with patients and genuinely cares about their health. She also has the strength of speaking several languages due to the diversity of her patients. Because she has so many patients, she sometimes has to wait longer than necessary. Her appointments should be scheduled more efficiently.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly, patiently answering questions with a smile. The doctor was great. She explained everything patiently with a smile. She was enthusiastic about getting me the care I needed. She came across as very thorough. I have more appointments scheduled to get everything taken care of.
Dr. Chu explained the procedure to me (left side hydrocele removal). The surgery went as planned. I woke up at 230p, at 1030p I am already in considerably less pain, and it hasn't even been 24 hours.

I’m a new patient for Dr. Chu. I find her and her staff to be thorough and attentive while getting you in and out. So far, it’s been a good experience. Let’s just say I’m a fan.
I waited in the waiting room for an hour before I was called to the room. The doctor was very nice. I did not receive instructions as to what I was supposed to do after an exam - I just sat in the room for a while then someone finally came and asked if I knew what I was supposed to do next. I still did not get clear instructions so I finally left.
She really understands patient and give time to explain their problems and get the treatment accordingly.
