The office does a good job on the response of phone call questions and moving the patient in timely mannered. Dr. Chu is very nice and knowledgeable and well informed about the patient. Although she is a little too fast and needs to take a few more minutes to connect with patient, in my opinion.

Dr Chu is highly knowledgeable and very efficient in her practice. I certainly would recommend her to anyone needing care. This being said, I would encourage her to look into her phone message system. It seems all options are full every time I called. Very difficult to reach a ‘live’ person. If this glitch were fixed, I’d gladly give 5 stars. ⭐️
