Dr. Chu has been my urologist since April, 2017. She has performed cystoscopies, kidney stone removal, ultrasounds, referred me to other laboratories and imaging centers to manage male hormone treatments, enlarged prostate, and oShow morether medical issues. She has a wonderful personality, bedside manner, quick mind, asks good questions and follows with what has proved over many years to be very good advice. I like her office staff. She has earned my trust.
Dr. Lei Chu took great care of me (as always) in evaluating and preparing me for surgery, and the surgery she performed on me today went very well also. She obviously cares for me and all her patients. Her office is also very cariShow moreng and responsive whenever I called with questions or clarifications. I feel blessed to have Dr. Chu and her office for surgical needs and ongoing urological needs.

Its a busy office but I never feel rushed. I've also never waited very long either in the waiting room or the exam room which I appreciate. Front desk is exceptional, nurses are on point and the doctor herself is professional but friendly, goes over your latest history, really listens and makes decisions with you. I've been a patient about 8 months.

I had prostate cancer. Dr Chu just done a successful robotically assisted radical prostatectomy surgery. All smooth from beginning to follow up. As I said before, I am in good hand. Thank you Dr Chu for her skills and care.

I love Dr Chu! She is fantastic and has taken good care of me over the last four years. My only beef is scheduling and wait times. I arrived to a standing-room only waiting room and was finally seen 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Still, they are super awesome when it comes to patient care.
