Front staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Lei was very friendly, informative, and took the time to listen to my concerns. My visit was fast and overall great.
The service attitude of the staff, doctors and nurses is friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic. However, the facilities are not good and do not provide patients with a portal to contact and monitor health status information.
Dr Chu has resolved several issues for me recently. She actively listens, evaluates and decides a course of action after explaining reasoning and is always open and takes time to answer questions. This does provides confidence. Her staff are always very pleasant and responsive too.
Dr. Chu cares about her patients, office treats us promptly.

Dr. Chu has done two surgeries for me, one of which was a radical prostatectomy, and the results from both have been outstanding. The outcomes from this surgery can be highly variable, so it's important you find a surgeon who has experience and that you can trust. Dr. Chu did an excellent job, and the results have been well above average. I feel very fortunate that she was my surgeon for this operation. I highly recommend her.
