Dr Chu is highly knowledgeable and very efficient in her practice. I certainly would recommend her to anyone needing care. This being said, I would encourage her to look into her phone message system. It seems all options are full every time I called. Very difficult to reach a ‘live’ person. If this glitch were fixed, I’d gladly give 5 stars. ⭐️

Good doctors
Today's appointment with Dr Chu was a disaster and a huge disappointment. My first encounter with her was a true joy. Dr was cheerful, listened to my questions and concerns and I looked forward to seeing her again. I waited an hour past my appointed time, no one came to let us know she was running behind, and when she finally came in to perform my procedure she was in such a hurry I wasn't able to ask any questions and there were no specific instructions for follow-up. I was so dissappointed.
