Dr Lei Chu is very brilliant on my last visit the waiting room was over packed soon as I reach for my visit I was taken to the Dr visit room inside and waited for 45 minutes to get my test results which lasted about 5 minutes forShow more me the waiting room should be less crowded the staff is very kind and helpful for me the staff and the doctor should be more relaxed smile more stop being so tense Dr Lie Chu is a great doctor I recommend her highly.
The building is hard to find if you follow Google but once your in the offices are easy to find and easily directed on their directory, the front desk is very friendly and helpful the waiting room is clean and spacious and Dr Lei Show moreChu explains clearly what any exams and testing shows she orders all testing, labs, presentations while your still in the room and the front desk gives you a print out of the appointment and any directions weather it's foods to avoid or your next appointment.

This is a busy office but Dr. Chu is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and thorough. She proactively communicates and answered my questions succinctly. The front desk is awesome. The nurses were all clearly busy but were good at their jobs and also communicated well and answered questions. Parking in the garage is free and easy. I mentioned before the only delta I have is the waiting room is very small and my first visit people were literally having to stand. I recommend this doctor.

Busy office but doctor and staff still give their attention. Everyone explained everything and demonstrated care for me. A delta is that the waiting room is too small for the volume of patients but otherwise I'm very happy with my experience today. Good people and very knowledgeable.
As with most doctors, this practice runs behind schedule. But Dr. Chu is a delight to deal with. Utterly professional with a terrific bedside manner. Informative with great follow through.
