Lenore Pollen, MSW

Lenore has been extremely effective and compassionate in helping me process and move past old traumas, learn to set and maintain healthy boundaries, and face my fears. I find her very insightful, interactive, and collaborative, as well as responsive to feedback. She's able to admit when she might be wrong, and but is also capable of "pushing" me when I need that. She's also quick to offer strategies for handling difficult emotions and situations when asked, and they're always on point!

Lenore is compassionate, helpful, and affirming. She's an interactive therapist, which I appreciate. She asks useful and provocative questions, and provides help in naming my emotions when I'm struggling to identify them. She's been particularly helpful in assisting me in healing from Complex PTSD and relational trauma. She's also flexible - she asks me what sort of help I need, and works to provide that, even if it's not in her area of expertise.
