The usual wait at the doctor's office, a cheerful entrance and greeting by Dr.Buffaloe, a thorough history, an appropriate physical exam, the gentle fussing at me to follow the treatment course (as he should have!), the letting mShow moree know to call for ANY issues, and the part that keeps me coming back-asking if I have any questions/concerns and NOT leaving until had all of the addressed, then a check out by a smiling, extremely pleasant staff. THIS is what a doctor's visit SHOULD BE every time and this is what I get every time
Dr. Talley is AMAZING! She's young, knowledgeable, vibrant, caring, and she has a ton of patience. I couldn't help but cry at my last visit with her because she will be leaving her current location in order to move closer to her fShow moreamily. If it wasn't so far, I'd keep her as my PCP. Any patient who is fortunate enough to get her as their doctor should consider themselves blessed because she has definitely been a BLESSING to me. Her patience with all of my questions and concerns were top-tier.
Dr. Leon Buffaloe, Jr. was born in Washington, DC and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland. At 18, he left home to serve his country as an Army Combat Medic. During 12 years of active duty, Dr. Buffaloe served in Operation Desert Storm, Operation Restore Hope, as well as during the Iraq War. After his tour to Somalia, he was accepted into the Army’s Licensed Practical Nurse Program and continued working across various areas of Nursing.
Dr. Buffaloe obtained a degree with Cum Laude honors in Biological Studies from the University of South Carolina in 2004 and went on to graduate from the University’s School of Medicine in 2008.
After graduating and completing his residency at Palmetto Health Richland—now PRISMA Health Richland—he went to work as a physician with SELF Regional in Laurens, SC and eventually moved to Simpsonville to help open a clinic for PRISMA Health Upstate. Dr. Buffaloe felt led to take his 30+ years of healthcare experience to build Grace Internal Medicine, an independent practice with an affiliate partner in MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina).

Meeting his wife while on tour in Honduras in 1999, Army Surgical technologist, Asante, now Family Medicine Physician, have four kids Dominique, Nicholas, Leon III, and Naomi - along with a beagle named CJ! In his downtime, Dr. Buffaloe enjoys time with his family, and working in his church.

The efficiency and friendliness of the office and clinical staff is top notch! Dr Buffaloe is very attentive, truly listens and takes all anxiety away.

Friendly service, always listens to patient concerns, and seeks to find root cause by requesting additional testing when needed and referrals when necessary. New interactive patient point systems are a great add to the rooms!

Dr Buffaloe saw me as an add on with severe left shoulder pain, the pain was on going for 4 weeks. I found him to be thorough, compassionate and careful and complete in his exam. He took time to explain his findings. He treated it and wants to see me back for re check! I am grateful to be his patient.
She is a very exceptional nurse. She cares about her patience. I tell me what time a day and night morning she’s gonna call you and discuss your your results if you if they not do what they supposed to be., she is a very beautiful person inside and out well spoken she is very much missed
Have been going to Dr. Buffalo for years would not change doctors for anything he is a very good doctor easy to talk to very polite, knowledgeable.

Dr. Buffaloe is the best doctor in all of Greenville County. He takes his time with you and makes sure he has all of your questions answered before you leave. I feel so comfortable talking to him about any concerns I have. I am so thankful to have a Christian doctor attending to my medical needs. His staff is awesome too. They are all so friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for the best medical staff, look no more. I highly recommend Grace Internal Medicine.

Great Doctor. He’s patient and try’s to know what the patience needs are. If it is out of his jurisdiction, he will give a referral. He’s solution driven, but will work with the patient where they are.

Dr Talley is the BEST! She has a Wonderful Bedside Manner “ she’s thorough with her exams and she cares about her patients entire wellbeing. I love how she does a follow-Up phone call after my Visit AND she does a check in visit about 6 months after the initial appointment. She has always made me feel comfortable during my visits.
