I have known Dr. Greenwald for over three years. During that period, he has provided medical care for my wife as well as for myself. Dr. Greenwald has never "guessed" when making a diagnosis; he always does-so with measurement daShow moreta (imagery, physical examinations and blood tests), where necessary. After Dr. Greenwald has made such evaluations, he will explain his findings and recommended treatment options to you in terms that the average person can easily understand. He is also very-direct in making his diagnoses and treatment recommendations. If your problem is something that his expertise cannot correct, he will tell you so and then give his recommended approach for you to pursue elsewhere. Most importantly, his surgical skills are outstanding. He had previously operated on my wife and she tells me that her outcome is as-if she never had a foot problem. While I am sure that all surgical outcomes are not as "beautiful", we have a very high (very biased) opinion about his surgical skills.
This was my first time ever seeing a podiatrist. But I’m glad that I went to see Dr. Greenwald. I had an ingrown and my my toe had fungus. He treated my ingrown first, oh boy I couldn’t look at what he was doing, but Dr. GreenwaldShow more was awesome. He made sure you were comfortable and explained what he’s going to do. Same day treatment, it was a good experience. Thank you to the front office for getting me in asap. The rest of the staff was nice too. Thank you Dr. Greenwald! Dr. Greenwald completed his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Jose, California.
Dr. Greenwald has been the Chief of Podiatry at Regional Medical Center Wound Care Clinic in San Jose, California, since 2008. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the California Podiatric Medical Association.
