Me and the front desk representative (unfortunately didn't introduce herself)had a bit of a communication issue. There was confusion about the timing of a call, which led to some unnecessary tension. I tried to clarify things with the staff, but there seemed to be some miscommunication on their end. In the end, it was sorted out, but the experience could have been handled more smoothly. I'd suggest clearer communication going forward to avoid these kinds of mix-ups.
During the visit I feel very comfortable. Dr. Vorobyev took the time to address my concerns and explained my options in detail. Thank you, Doctor.
