Lesley Maldonado

My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best suit the individual needs of my clients. Central to my practice is a person-centered approach, where I strive to foster a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that promotes self-exploration and growth. In addition to my current work as a therapist, I am also an HIV case manager at another position, which has provided me with valuable experience and knowledge in supporting clients with HIV and related health concerns.

I believe in empowering clients to become active participants in their own healing journey, equipping them with practical skills and insights to navigate life's challenges more effectively. Whether we're exploring thought patterns in CBT, cultivating mindfulness in DBT, or focusing on solutions in Solution-Focused therapy, my goal is to support you in gaining greater self-awareness, coping skills, and resilience.
