Leslie Frederiksen, MD

Dr. Frederiksen brings 27 years of education, training and experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology to ALFA Health, specializing in hormonal health and overall wellness. Born and raised in Colorado, she is at home in Southern Colorado since 2017. A diverse and deep background began with her BS, Cum Laude in Microbiology at Colorado State; MD, Alpha Omega Alpha at Creighton University School of Medicine; Residency training, Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah; Active Duty OB/GYN service with the United States Air Force and continued general OB/GYN practice until 2023. Dr. Fred now focuses on hormones, sexual health and overall wellness at ALFA Health. In prior general OB/GYN practice, Dr. Fred became increasingly aware of the need for a more non-traditional focus in hormone health for women and their spouses. Live your best life inside and out!
