The receptionist, Sloan at the front desk should have a more friendly disposition when greeting and dealing with patients. I waited over 1 hour to be seen because my insurance was not verified prior to my appointment. I have beeShow moren a patient with Dr. Simmons for over 7 years with the same medical insurance. I disappointed that insurance is not verified prior to appointment. Please do not waste my time with nonsense. Insurance never cancel in the middle of the month but last day of month.

Doctor Simmons and Hackney are very knowledgeable about body chemistry. They listen to their patients and provide feedback and encouragement. The most important thing is that the doctors get you to buy into their advice. These doctors know their craft but good results happen with patient participation. This practice finds a way to get you to participate in your treatment. Overall excellent experience. I say this because I have not been the perfect patient. Despite this, I got perfect results.

I absolutely LOVE the care that I receive from Dr. Simmons, she is so pleasant, personal, and professional, and she makes you feel comfortable the whole entire time that you are there with her you forget that you are being examine. She makes an experience that can be unpleasant pleasant because of her pleasant attitude.

I have been apart of this establishment 13 years. Hands down the best doctors ever for GYN/OBGYN. They listen and explain everything. The office staff is amazing.!The Lab Corp technician is very nice. And her blood sticks doesn’t hurt at all. I love this place.
