Memo: High my Name is Pedro Torres, really Like My Psychiatrist Linda Carter fined her to be very help full and easy going!. The only issue with inland Psychiatric is with the Billing Department I asked them if I owe anything and they replied with a Dull Reply!. Also asked them if they could, tell me the Referrals ending Period!. So that I could Make sure that I don't exceed my Visits!. So that I won't have to pay out of Pocket they just left me on hold and never gave an answer.
