Linda Thames is, in my experience, the most knowledgeable, personable, kind and compassionate provider at Alliance. My mother has probably seen all of the providers here. Ms. Thames took the time to listen, explain and explore diShow morefferent options. The provider she saw last month stood for the 2 minutes she was with us, and didn't even walk into the room. She just stood at the door and it felt like there was no time to talk. All this to say that I wish Ms Thames was a permanent presence at our Douglasville location! She is just the best!

Linda Thames, DNP, APRN-BC, is a doctor of nursing practice and certified nurse practitioner at Alliance Spine & Pain in Augusta, Georgia. With over 20 years of experience in nursing, Ms. Thames holds experience in a variety of fields, including neurosurgery, orthopedics, and pain management.
Ms. Thames holds several nursing degrees and received her doctorate in 2010. This is the first time I saw Ms. Thames and she was very helpful. She seemed knowledgeable about my problems and took steps to help me address them.
I have been in pain but my follow up app wasn't til February. I called Wednesday and they worked me in. Linda was very caring. She did trigger injections. She was very careful with the needle and i feel so much better. The staff is always helpful and kind. They are the whole package.

Great Communications, all my questions and concerns were answered
I’ve been a Patient at Alliance the past three years had my first visit yesterday with Dr Thames I really really like her a lot and think I will continue to see her. Hope she doesn’t leave the practice anytime soon
