I’ve been coming to Alliance Pain Management in Douglasville for the past 3 years! Great experiences staff NP’s PA’s of course my Dr. O. I would like to acknowledge Ms. Thames for her excellence in patient care she definitely has Show morethe bedside manner the compassionate & kindest personality you would want to have in your presence especially when you’re dealing in pain! She make sure your concerns & questions are answers are met. She gives you great solutions to try different comforting advice not to over do yourself.. just a great asset to thus faculty! I recommend Ms. Thames to any & all new patients! Thank you!
Linda Thames is, in my experience, the most knowledgeable, personable, kind and compassionate provider at Alliance. My mother has probably seen all of the providers here. Ms. Thames took the time to listen, explain and explore diShow morefferent options. The provider she saw last month stood for the 2 minutes she was with us, and didn't even walk into the room. She just stood at the door and it felt like there was no time to talk. All this to say that I wish Ms Thames was a permanent presence at our Douglasville location! She is just the best!

my visit was fine, the only concern is that I was setup for a procedure and I needed a certain date, and I feel like the lady setting up the procedures didn't try to accomadate me, especially as long as I have been coming here. It was also the same way with my follow up appointment after my procedure. I told them that I needed a late afternoon appt. but they gave me an am appt. when I tried to change it they told me there wasn't anything available until March 18, the same day I needed my medications refilled, that's cutting it real close. I still do not have a date for my procedure that I really need
Ms. linda is knowledgeable and always explains test results in away I can understand. She listens to me and my concerns. She also, looks for treatments that can minimize my pain in the long-term.
I enjoy her very much. Awesome personality. Professional, courteous and very concerned. I would recommend her to all my family and friends for sure.
Always a pleasure seeing Ms. Thames, DNP,APRN-BC… She has the greatest bedside manner! So understanding compassionate shows empathy for others! My appointment with a new provider was a very great experience. She is extremely compassionate, really listens to your story about your current problems and assesses them quickly, she is a great addition to working with the practice. I have always had a great experience with my providers at this location. And will recommend anyone to become a new patient if you need help.

All staff members were very friendly and professional. NP was very caring, She gave me time to express any concerns and she added info that I needed to know.
DR. Thames listens to all my concerns and makes sure I have a good understanding of my present and future treatments. If any medication or procedure is not positive for me, she always suggest alternatives.
