My visit at Iris- Apple Urgent Care was fast and quick. Dr./Ms. Linden Batiste quickly diagnosed my concern and has been addressed clearly to me. Got my prescriptions delivered to my choice of pharmacy and now just made me feel muShow morech better that yesterday. I highly recommend Apple Urgent Care at Iris. That's our go to urgent care.

Linden obtained a Bachelor of Science in dietetics/nutrition from California State University of San Bernardino in San Bernardino, California. I visited the urgent care clinic recently and had a good overall experience. The wait time was decent - not too long, and the check-in process was smooth. Once I was called back, the exam was quick and efficient, and the staff moved through everything without unnecessary delays. Overall, it was a straightforward visit with timely care and no major issues.
Kind and fast service.
They were awesome I went in to get my finger drained and the doctor was great at distracting from the pain which is helpful for me.

My 7 year old felt so much better right after seeing Dr. Batiste. She was very caring and my son actually cooperated with her. He is autistic and is normally very anxious around doctors and nurses.

The wait time was good amd the doctor was good
I’ve been coming to this clinic and never had an issue. I brought my 12 year old son into the clinic because he was having urine problems. This provider was the worst ! Did not answer any of my questions on the results that were given. Was rude when I was trying to ask questions because I was so confused but then wants to scare us both and jump into conclusion that my son may be pre diabetic with that she was so eager to say. I followed up with my son’s Dr and everything is normal. Never again!
