Compassion and empathy are at the heart of my approach to treatment. I understand the stigma often associated with mental health struggles and strive to create a space where clients of all ages feel comfortable, supported, and accepted. I work with individuals ages 5 and older and specialize in Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, religious trauma, and domestic abuse. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to help clients build resilience, healing, and meaningful change.
