As a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA), I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are at. By addressing the whole person, I believe the mind, body and spirit can reveal patterns in our experiences who shape us into who we are today. Using evidence based practices, I will tailor each session and technique to create resolution and awareness in your life. With my experience working with individuals seeking various avenues of support through counseling, I am confident I can support you in your endeavors. I have 5 years of education around mental health and psychology where I have learned different skills to be the best provider possible.
