Today was my first time meeting with Lindsey Sheppard. I was very impressed by her knowledgeable, thoughtful interaction. I never felt hurried and she answered every question in language I could understand, without making me feel Show moredumb. I highly recommend both providers at Hometown Healthcare. I don’t go to the doctor much, but when I do, it will be here.
Great atmosphere and front desk always has a smile when greeted and the medical staff are always on point and take very good care of me!

Quick and efficient
She listens to me and actually hears me. She addressed everything on a level I could clearly understand. She also made me feel so comfortable. The person that took my blood was great, no pain at all. The entire staff is great

Lindsey was very professional and quickly diagnosed my health issue. She answered my questions and fully explained any further treatment that I might need.
My wife and I went in as walk in new patients. Staff was fast and friendly. As an older person the registration process was difficult, but I had my wife help me and I know it's the new way with the electronic health record stuff. The provider was super-fast while being thorough. MA staff was just as fast. Was in and out quickly which was appreciated.
I have been in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. This office, its staff and its providers are probably the best I have ever seen. The incredible efficiency during peak flu season was very impressive. The office was really busy when we walked in (as instructed by staff) and I almost walked out however looks were deceiving. It took longer to register than to be seen and treated. Like I said, I was very impressed.

My husband and I both absolutely love this clinic and the staff. The are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lindsey and Amber to anyone needing a primary care doctor, they take the time to get to know you and your family and your history before rushing to a treatment plan. My husband and I recently went into the IV infusion clinic, and it was amazing, "An ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure" Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us!
