Lindy Noll, LCSW

Lindy Noll, LCSW, has been a social worker for 6 years. She specializes in CBT and ACT and works with individuals. Lindy recognizes the mind and body connection, and is even a certified Personal Trainer and trained in Clinical Hypnosis. She likes working with motivated clients who want to make a change in their lives. She uses a solution-focused approach, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and hypnotherapy. Lindy is passionate about clients who struggle with adjustment, anxiety, navigating health issues, or in need of life coaching. She decided her path at a young age, after personally experiencing the benefits of therapy, hypnotherapy, and personal training for her mental and physical health. Lindy has specialized as a medical social worker throughout her career, which adds to her unique perspective. Outside of work, Lindy enjoys baking. Not to be outdone by Lindy’s accomplishments, her dachshund has an Advanced Trick Certification and also does Nosework.
