Lisa Ahava, PA

Lisa Ahava, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 20 years of experience providing compassionate, expert dermatologic care at Integrated Dermatology of Chesterfield, located in Chesterfield, New Hampshire, serving New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, and Massachusetts.

She specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. Lisa is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized, evidence-based care.

Lisa earned her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Public Health from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She completed her undergraduate degree at Wellesley College in Massachusetts. Her strong academic foundation and decades of hands-on clinical experience allow her to offer high-quality care with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach.

Lisa enjoys all aspects of clinical dermatology, with a particular focus on early detection and treatment of skin cancer. Whether you’re struggling with chronic skin conditions or seeking a comprehensive skin check, Lisa brings both skill and warmth to every appointment.

After many years in Rhode Island, Lisa recently relocated to New Hampshire and is excited to serve patients in the Chesterfield community and surrounding areas of New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, and Massachusetts. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, bicycling, and exploring the beautiful outdoors.
