Efficient And successful walk-in appointment for the flu shot and vitamin B 12.
Like easy walk-in appointments and access to vitamin shots, for example, without making an appointment. Love on-site bloodwork process. They need a better process to answer on-site patient questions etc vs publicly asking around the room.
Always a great experience with DR Cadoo. She takes the time to sit and give me an opportunity for any questions or concerns I might have. Office staff at front desk are very polite and organized. The medical assistant Desiree is great as well. Overall a terrific doctor with an amazing staff. My first time at having such a positive experience with a PCP. Keep up the great work !
I have been a patient of Dr. Cadoo’s for over 9 years now and I can say that I still receive the same level of care respect and support from her and her entire team. She’s been a great doctor who is very supportive of her patients and will always be there for them and go the extra mile to make sure they get the right treatment for whatever ails them. lab technician is very skilled and gentle. nurses supportive, helpful and very considerate of their patients needs. Front desk staff amazing.
Dr. Cadoo is an amazing practitioner! She is rare in medicine today because she really spends time with her patients. The flip side of this is that there’s usually a long wait to get an appointment and you wait to see her once you are there for your appointment. Today, for example, I waited for an hour before my appointment. However, when she saw me, she was extremely generous with her time, really dove into my situation and came up with helpful treatment strategies.
Dr. Cadoo is very patient, answers all my questions and spends extra time to address all my concerns. She is a highly professional and personable physician.
