The front desk is awesome scheduling appointments and refills for your medicine is awesome but Louis Cremshaw is always in a rush and never takes time to explain exactly what the medicine is for that he’s given you and he always says the same thing every time you go

I have been going to Louisiana Quickcare for over 10 years now and have been seeing Louis Crenshaw about as long. He is quick but informative and knows what he's doing. I recommend Dr. Crenshaw all the time. I also love the convenience.
Went in a day early, confused on what date my appointment was on and the stuff made room for me and quickly got me in and out. This was a great experience.

They’ve created a one-stop shop for my health needs, cutting down the time it takes to actually get the help I need. They can’t override the system’s regulations, but they know how to navigate them efficiently. I no longer feel like I’m lost in the shuffle or that my concerns are being ignored. Quick and cordial as always. We address the issues as needed, come up with a plan, and go from there. Also, I'm always impressed by the phlebotomist as I tend to have difficult veins but they always manage to tap one with minimal effort, which I definitely appreciate.
I Love this clinic. They are so alert to your needs and are always so helpful. I woke up with a swollen neck, called and was told to come in immediately! So many other Drs office would make you wait till tomorrow or 3-4 days later. I appreciate all of you! Thanks
