Lucretia is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. She put my mom at ease from the moment of her introduction through out her thorough assessment and treatment process. She went over and above to make sure Mom felt heard and supported. Lucretia has a great bedside manner. Her culturally competent skills allowed my mother to open up and share knowing she would not be judged. Lucretia sang along with Mom. We will certainly use Alpha Health and Wellness again!

Ms. Martin-Josephs was more than willing and able to listen to and understand my needs. She is personable and relatable. In addition, she informed me that she had time before my appointment and worked with me. My medications were sent the same day and all was smooth. All of these factors were extremely important during my building crisis. I would recommend her 100 times over.
