With Luisa's care, I have gained tools that genuinely helped me manage my anxiety and improve how I cope with certain personalities. She is both knowledgeable and compassionate.
Luisa has a great way of getting you to think and feel through issues, using open questions that you push past denial or excuses. If your goal is to work toward clarity on issues that seem intractable- you're getting the right counselor!

I love my therapist but I’m truly not a fan of all virtual sessions. It’s hard to find a place privacy, I get disconnected and it doesn’t feel complete.
Literally life-changing. I’ve never had a therapist, in my 30ish years of seeing them, who has been as introspective, thoughtful, encouraging, and who actually HEARS what I say, doesn’t just listen to it, and gives me homework to boot! Can’t recommend enough.

Luisa always helps me to see the background feelings that drive my mood. I also find her suggestions in how to deal with myself helpful and imaginative.

I love Luisa. She asks the questions some therapists fail to do. She gets to the nitty gritty and praises her clients for being honest and at 71 years-young, I am learning more about myself that I’ve not wanted to admit, and all I can say is sometimes I cry, other times, laugh. I always feel better when my session is done. I admire her greatly. She’s awesome!

Unquestionably the best therapist I’ve ever had in over 30 years of therapy. She doesn’t just listen to me, doesn’t just sympathize with what I say, she actually inquires her more details, reveals insights, asks me challenging questions, and even gives me homework. Everything I’ve ever needed in therapy, that I’ve not really gotten before (I’ve had previous ones who are like talking to socks.) Luisa is simply the best, bar none!
