I have known and been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for 40 years. I would not think of consulting with another OB/GYN since I am completely satisfied with the treatment I receive from Dr. Taylor. It is especially reassuring to know thShow moreat I can readily get an appointment to see him. In cases when I have needed prescriptions, he has recognized the urgency of the issue and made sure the medication(s) were ordered promptly to avoid long or delayed waiting periods. Dr. Taylor is a very kind and gentle person with a very friendly bedside manner. I have a great amount of confidence in him and trust his opinion of my medical condition.
The office was disgusting and the doctor and office manager were so unprofessional. The doctor yelled at the OM for messing up the printer. I left feeling so uncomfortable. The office manager with no real medical experience was teShow morelling the nurse practitioner how to do a pep smear. And the Doctor made me feel uncomfortable with comments he made. He asked why I wasn't pregnant at 21 like all the other Hispanics.
Based in Oak Park, Dr. Lyndon Taylor has treated many women who live in Oak Park and in the near west suburbs of Chicago. A respected OB/GYN, Dr. Taylor is highly trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology with interests in urogynecology and infertility and offers a wide array of services for his patients.
After completing medical school, Dr. Taylor went through a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Taylor became board-certified in 1985 and has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology ever since.
During his 30-plus years of experience as an OB/GYN, Dr. Taylor served as the President and CEO of Healthcare For Women, which opened the first OB/GYN office-based surgical facility in Illinois, in 1991. Healthcare For Women was accredited by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC). Presently Dr. Taylor is a COEMIG designated surgeon who performs surgery at Westlake Hospital one of the first hospitals in Illinois to receive the Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology designation. He was also honored to be part of the People to People Citizen Ambassador Program's John J. Sciarra, M.D. Ph.D. delegation to Tibet and China in 2011. This was a unique opportunity to connect with medical providers from 8 hospitals across China that provided a cross-cultural exchange of medical information in the area of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Infertility between our countries.
At his office in Oak Park, Dr. Taylor provides everything from routine birth control and pap smears to advanced treatment for fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, infertility treatments, and treatment of urinary incontinence. Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Dr Taylor has a great bedside manner and way of putting you at ease and the Dr working with him is very calm and kind as well. He explained multiple options of treatment and was very thorough.
