Lyndsay Vigil

Lyndsay is a crisis and outpatient therapist with LIV Health who brings more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She earned her Master of Social Work in Clinical Practice from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming. Before becoming a clinical social worker, Lyndsay spent over two decades as a licensed educator, giving her a unique perspective when working with young people and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. In her work with LIV Health, she provides both crisis support and outpatient therapy for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use concerns. Lyndsay uses evidence-based approaches to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Outside of her professional life, Lyndsay enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being outdoors.
