As a mental health therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenges of trauma, PTSD, and personality disorders—particularly Borderline Personality Disorder. My work also encompasses supporting clients who experience depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, bipolar disorders, agoraphobia, and addiction.
My counseling approach is person-centered, emphasizing warmth, genuineness, and deep empathy. I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. Great to work with so far.
Mackenzie is amazing with my daughter. She has been the only therapist that has been able to get her to actually open up and talk. My daughter looks forward to her visit every week and she is usually in a much calmer and more stable mood after her appointment.
