Madison Mims, WHNP, is a women’s health nurse practitioner at Nile Women’s Health Care in Roswell and Suwanee, Georgia. After shadowing Jessi Sellers for some time, Madison has found a welcoming home with Nile clients.
Maddie, as she is affectionately known, grew up in Milledgeville, GA but now calls Alpharetta home. She went to the University of Georgia with a love of science and quickly discovered her passion in nursing. She worked as a registered nurse in an ICU unit for a few years then decided she wanted to have an even bigger impact in the field. With the idea of helping women set their course of care, Maddie went on to complete her master’s and become a women’s health nurse practitioner.
As a member of the Nile Women’s Health Care family, Maddie provides comprehensive care to gynecological, obstetrical, antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum clients. She is excited about guiding women through the decision process when it comes to their health. She see’s clients for annual well-women exams, family planning, pregnancy visits, gynecological questions and common concerns.
Madison brings a philanthropic spirit to Nile as she hopes to one day return to Tanzania where she helped to distribute reusable products and educate young girls about their menstrual cycles. For now, she enjoys spending time with her husband and pets when she’s not at work. She is an avid pickleball fan and loves to bake cakes.

Madison and the entire staff is the best. I love this practice they are so patient they listen to you. Although they don't accept my current insurance I don't mind paying out of pocket for the best service.

Wonderful experience! I’ve seen Heather a few times throughout both of my pregnancies. She’s always incredibly friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to address any concerns I may have. I really appreciate the extended visits, particularly the closer I get to my due date. I find them very reassuring!

I’ve was taken care of the staff at Nile during and after my pregnancy, and my experience was amazing. The doctors and midwives answered all of my questions and concerns, and they also were very helpful in informing my husband how to best support me and our new baby. I am grateful that I decided to leave other facilities when I experienced anything less. I will always recommend my friends and family to Nile!

Madison is nice nurse but I didn’t like that I wait so long the staff are nice the office needs to do better at doing the scheduling of appointments for the patients I had wait about 3 hours and I was early for my appointment I made me very upset that I had to wait that long they should tell the patient how long is going to take because I had to tell a nurse to get Madison I had plans last night one nurse was rude because I was outside of exam room I was upset that she didn’t know how upset I was
