About Madison Wright, LPC

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by patterns they can’t seem to break, even though they’ve tried so hard to understand them. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use concerns, and relationship wounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating emotional safety while helping clients better understand themselves and their experiences. I’m direct when needed, but always with care, and I believe humor can be an important part of healing, too. I specialize in EMDR therapy and integrate somatic work, CBT, and attachment-focused approaches to help clients process painful experiences, regulate the nervous system, and shift long-standing patterns. I believe trauma affects not just thoughts, but also relationships, sense of self, and how we move through the world. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to heal at a pace that feels manageable for you.
