Oh, yes, I was definitely pleased with my visit. From the young lady at the front desk, your nurse, and yourself, I felt very welcomed and cared for. The smile from the young lady at the front desk helped to put me at ease aboutShow more the appointment. Your nurse was very thoughtful, warm, caring, and very efficient as she took my medical history down. When you came in it did not take long to see and feel that you really cared about your patients. I was so pleased that you listened very carefully to what I was saying and gave me some good pointers to think about. I came away with some things to do and some things to stop doing. I am very hopeful that you will be able to help me on my way to recovery from pain and discomfort. I liked it that you said “to be sure and check in in a couple of weeks to let us know how you are doing and if there is anything we can do to help you, we will”. You not only suggested that I check back with one of my doctors, you had your receptionist call to make my appointment right then and there. Those kinds of little things add up to a lot for a senior citizen. I particularly liked that you focused on me as an individual and did not put me in the “well most people do not react to this medicine this way, etc.,” pile. I am me, not most people. Thanks again for your patience, kindness, thoroughness, professionalism, and caring. You can be sure that if this little old lady hears of someone who has pain in the gum area or elsewhere in their mouth, you will be recommended so that they can get excellent care.

Magi Crofcheck, DDS, is an experienced, dedicated periodontist and implantologist who serves patients of all ages at her private practice in Webster, Texas.
Dr. Crofcheck attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas, completing her dental school training. She then pursued her advanced training in the areas of periodontics and oral implantology receiving her specialty certificate. Dr. Crofcheck is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, International College of Oral Implantologists, Southwest Society of Periodontists, and the American Dental Association.
With Dr. Crofcheck’s 26-plus years of experience and her team’s combined periodontal expertise, patients are provided the best in dental implants, bone grafts, crown lengthening, oral surgery, gum disease treatment, and root coverage procedures. Dr. Crofcheck is IV sedation-certified, allowing her to perform procedures on-site, from start to finish.
In addition to her busy practice, Dr. Crofcheck is an educator for the Academy of General Dentistry’s Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE). Through the PACE program, Dr. Crofcheck educates other dental care providers in advanced periodontics and implantology. She’s been asked to lecture many times over the last 20 years. Dr. Crofcheck hosts a yearly meeting for our community hygienists to keep them updated on the latest topics in periodontics.
Dr. Crofcheck is married to Dr. Michael Anton, an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Webster, Texas. Together, they have five children, two of whom are enrolled in the University of Texas Health and Science Center Branch in Houston and earning their degrees in dentistry. Dr. Crofcheck is a very caring periodontist, who is thorough, highly skilled, and trustworthy. Her office staff is very professional. She recently evaluated me in response to concerns about receding gums. The appointment was very thorough. She explained options and provided a treatment recommendation and estimated costs. I also came away with advice about improving my daily tooth/gum care.

Very caring periodontist. I was very afraid pre-surgery and during surgery. Dr. Crofcheck was attentive and caring and ready to answer the multitude of questions I had. During post-surgery, I appreciated the prompt response to my care, making the entire experience as painless as possible.
All the staff was very courteous Dr. Crofcheck was very professional and kind in dealing with my dental issues. I appreciated her seeing me and making sure I was taken care of. Also, working on a plan for the future.

Dr Crofcheck and her team are fantastic. Needed a couple of procedures done including a wisdom tooth extraction. It had to be under sedation and everything went well. Very little discomfort/pain after the procedure. Dr Crofcheck and her team followed up afterwards to make sure I was doing ok. I was super nervous about the procedures but they are a very caring group of people who are amazing at what they do. I’m glad I was recommended to Dr Crofcheck and highly recommend her to anyone needing periodontal work.

The complications that I have (stemmed from growing up in 3rd world countries) warrants that I see someone with her expertise and knowledge. So grateful to her and her team.
