I was impressed with the fact that I am listened to. I asked a question about future office visits due to me retiring and taking to the road in an RV. I mentioned it to the receptionist and Malinda actually talked with Dr Kuo befoShow morere coming in to see me. Also Malinda was attentive to everything l asked about.
MALINDA is always attentive to what you say or ask of her. You feel like you are listened to. She makes you feel comfortable. I like that she looks at you when she is talking to you and not her computer. I really like her and herShow more personality.
