I have been a patient at Dr Kuo’s office for the last several years, but this was my first visit with Malinda. I called in the morning prior to the office opening to leave a message about a same-day appointment. By 7:30 a staff meShow morember had gotten back to me and was able to get me into see Malinda at 8:30. She was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose me and get my medications over to the pharmacy allowing me to be home by 9:30. Another great experience with Dr Kuo’s staff
I was impressed with the fact that I am listened to. I asked a question about future office visits due to me retiring and taking to the road in an RV. I mentioned it to the receptionist and Malinda actually talked with Dr Kuo befoShow morere coming in to see me. Also Malinda was attentive to everything l asked about.
