I appreciated the phone call on Friday from your office letting me know your office had not received a current referral with my updated insurance so that I wouldn't miss my appointment on Monday. I also appreciate Dr UpadhyaShow morey's listening attention to my concerns as well as asking me questions to things I might not correlate as a problem or symptom. Very pleased with his professionalism.
I was able to change from in person visit to telemedicine with short notice, which was surprisingly helpful and convenient. The experience was similar to in person visits in that all my questions and concerns were answered and addShow moreressed. I ended up my next appointment with telemedicine. It’s nice not to have to drive 30 minutes to make the appointment and another 30 minutes back.

I love going to see Dr Upadhyay, and the nurse that has been with him since the beginning. Front desk not so friendly and all the notes about do's and don'ts seem like a over kill. You can't tap on the window, but yet you stand there to make an appt on your way out and she never attemps to open, until you move your mouth, the it's what is your name, when she just checked you in for your appointment 15 mins ago. They now have a call center to take yours calls, not as personable as before.

Dr. Upadhyay is a thoughtful caring clinician and has helped me with diabetes management. He takes time to listen to the concerns of mine and my husband regarding my health.
Dr. Uphadyay is a kind, responsive doctor who listens to and works with his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable. His office and nursing staff are efficient, pleasant, and caring. I recommend Roseville endocrinology very highly.
