The visit for Isaiah ( 12years old) & myself was good. The front desk operation is not the best. They were very rude. I've been actually calling since Friday of our appointment today is Thursday the following week. My son and mysShow moreelf both have sinus infections we were just able to get the medications. some sort of mix up at the pharmacy. I thought it was the pharmacy but we finally got the scripts Tuesday. I've been calling ever since because I was given the wrong medication and no one has called me back as of yet.
Dr. Manoj Kantu was very pleasant and professional in addressing my concerns, and his awesome nurse practitioner Janice Chen resolved my issue by cleaning my stuffy left ear. Additionally, his technicians who tested my hearing, anShow mored his friendly front desk staff were all excellent. They were thorough, helpful, and explained everything that was being done. I arrived feeling very hassled with my ear problem, but left feeling really good and grateful for this wonderful practice!
Dr. Manoj Kantu is a board-certified otolaryngologist trained in all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders. His expertise and specialization include obstructive sleep apnea, chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis & reactive airways disease, head & neck disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, nasal obstruction and nasofacial deformity.
Dr. Manoj Kantu gained acceptance out of high school into Brown University's top-ranked Combined Undergraduate-Medical Education Program known as the PLME. While on this accelerated track, he was inducted into the esteemed medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He went on to graduate near the top of his class with Honors before advancing into and serving as chief resident in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery Residency Program at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brooklyn.
Dr. Manoj Kantu authored several textbook chapters as well as various manuscripts and publications in the field of otolaryngology/head & neck surgery. He has presented at multiple national meetings as well as local ENT chapters. He has gone to teach surgical residents, medical students, and physician assistants in both hospital and office settings.
Dr. Kantu is an active member of multiple Academies including the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy, The American Academy of Sleep Medicine, The American Rhinologic Society, and the Kings County Medical Society. He was recently inducted into the prestigious American College of Surgeons, becoming recognized as a Fellow of this elite national organization.

My experience was beyond amazing! The front desk staff was the best!!!! Dr. Janice Chen does not deserve five stars but 10! She was extremely kind, courteous and professional! She should be running her own office. I highly recommend her!!!

Doctor was thorough. I wish she slowed down just a little bit. I know she has a lot of patients but maybe just taking one minute longer so that we can understand everything. All in all very good though.

The staff were very patient and kind, the nurses and Dr Kantu all took their time to explain everything, check me out thoroughly and answer questions. I am very appreciative. Having staff like this when you are ill or worried is reassuring and calming. Highly recommend.
