My long-time experience with Dr. Perez is that he ia an extremely knowledgeable urologist who is thorough, patient, takes the time to listen to a patient’s concerns, and responds accordingly. In addition to his high-level skill sShow moreet, he is backed up a great support team in his office. Once I established a patient/doctor relationship with him, I have never considered another urologist, and have recommended him to many of my friends.
I was nervous when I went there and when I walked in the office they made me feel like I mattered. The office staff was nice they were smiling happy and I haven’t seen that in a while. The doctor was wonderful he made us relax anShow mored joked with us making it a very pleasant visit . If you need to see someone I would recommend that office they are great
Manuel Perez, MD, is certified by the American Board of Urology and specializes in diagnosing and treating a variety of urological diseases and disorders at The Urology Group in Hardeeville, South Carolina. Before working in private practice, Dr. Perez was an officer in the United States Navy, served as the Chief of Staff at Hilton Head Hospital in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and was on the Board of Governors.
Dr. Perez is known for his friendly, personable nature, and he enjoys getting to know his patients and their families. If anyone is looking for a good MD, urologist ( for which finding any good MD’s here is to me is extremely rare) , he is the one!!!!

Dr. Perez does an outstanding job with the various testing that he has done to make diseases have not spread and then does an appropriate diagnosis of treatment. Dr. Perez never gives up with new treatment methods. He’s there for the patient.
