The worst. Still waiting on a prescription from a visit I had 6 days ago. Now apparently all offices are closed because no one is answering. I was even given a direct to text thread with the doctor which he hasn’t responded too.
Dr. Ahmed needs new help in the office
Staff very polite. I love Michelle. She is always a smiling makes you feel at home and comfortable. She is the last of the staff that I knew when I started and she realizes that and knows you have been going there for over 3 years.
I haven’t received my Tramadol yet; from Walmart Rosewood pharmacy yet.

Great Doctor, and very intelligent and knowledgeable. However, the phone situation is very difficult to deal with as a patient. I have no way to contact the office for questions or anything.

When my blood sugar became low while I was waiting to see Dr. Maqsood. I told the staff of Dr. Maqsood about it, the paramedics were called. The staff of Dr. Maqsood and the paramedics went into action in giving me aid. I want to thank them for helping me during that crisis! It is great to have a professional and caring staff! It goes a long way in the long run!
I must say that each time I visit the office, all the staff are so kind and supportive. Everyone is always professional and my Doctor Ahmed gives excellent care with each and every visit!!😊
