It feels good to feel like someone truly cares and is there for you i never had a Doctor do that.I call and tell Marcia what's going on she sets me up with appointment right away past doctors I've waited 3 months to get seShow moreen and when I got seen I get told let's take care of 1 thing at a time Now with Marcia she don't tell me that she makes me feel all I'm going through is important.As for her staff their incredible and very nice treats you very good I never been happy ever with a medical team aI

I rating for my mom, they treated so well. Asked her all the questions and more, showed compassion and listened to her issues. I was so amazed, one of the best experiences from a doctor I have seen, in a long time. She was really amazed and happy, this being her first time visiting.

I really like Marcia. She seems very concerned with my healthcare & is very proactive in addressing concerns. My only problem is the wait time. I waited until 550 pm to talk to her when I got several reminders during the day that she would call at 1220pm. My time is important too.

Other than the long wait this was a very positive experience. The staff & Marcia were very kind & caring.
UnProfessional let people go from her clinic from Wichita and didn't even make sure they had 1 last script until a dr was found at least 30 days worth but no she released me my mother an husband an used the excuse that she no longer seeing anyone from Wichita which I k ow is a lie there multiple people I know that goes there still so she took out her anger for me against my family my husband or mother never had a dirty ua never missed an apt never asked for meds early an she let them go for no

Like their facilities. Much better environment. Got right in to see the doctor. Not like before where I waited up to 2 hrs just to get into the exam room and then another hour to see the doctor. People were friendly.
Everything is good except for the wait time. We arrived at 9:45, out appt was at 10. It was 12 before we got out and it was for only an appointment to refill RX's
Her bedside manners were so compassionate and kind. It was like talking to close friends or family. I never felt judged or rushed. She truly listened to what I had to say and didn't blow me off like most of today's Dr's. She's also very through and smart.
Very attentive, listens, does follow up, refers pts when necessary. Overall a good provider.
