I did that I have a visual on her. It really upset me. I talking to a TV screen that I don’t see nobody she did give me good advice and change my medicine but not happy with your appointment. I told her I was really frustrated with the appointment because I could not see her. She could see me, but I can’t see her very unhappy with that.

Excellent bedside manner. Mareena is personable and competent. She keeps it real and makes me feel seen.
Mareena is so responsive, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. She is on top of my record and the facts and always follows up with timeliness, Appreciate her.
Provider did not order my medications/refills as she had stated she would. Provider was upset with me for getting my labs checked late but when I went to labcorp, no tests had ever been ordered. Spends time during appointment talking about herself and children/husband instead of talking about how I am doing.
