Margaret, also known as Megan, believes that nursing was her calling in life. Her Grandma Jean wanted her to be a doctor who takes care of older people, but Megan was passionate about becoming a nurse. While doctors were always busy assisting patients, moving in and out of rooms, nurses could slow down a bit more and spend time interacting with their patients.
She moved to Texas in 2002, starting her career as a labor and delivery nurse. After spending five years in the field, she attended Texas Woman’s University for her master’s degree. Margaret graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2006 as a nurse practitioner, and has since been working in various disciplines, including urgent care, correctional care, and family medicine.
Though everyday brings new challenges as a nurse practitioner, Margaret enjoys every experience. She is grateful for the opportunities and relationships formed with her patients and their families, and looks forward to helping them navigate through each health issue.

My first time to see Ranell Earl, FNP. I was there for an annual checkup. It was a great experience. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She put me at ease from the start. I especially loved how she really took her time to explain things to me and answered all my questions and concerns. The office and staff were very friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend Ranell Earl, FNP, and Healthcare at the Grove!
Dr. Earl has an AMAZING bedside manner. She is thorough and intentional with her care. She listens and comes up with plans that work best for the patient. She is firm in her direction but so gentle with instructions. She treats the whole patient and makes you want to be diligent in your own health goals. I would highly recommend her!
Ranell listened and had done some research and answered all my questions. She has a great sense of humor, which also helps a lot!

Margaret is a wonderful provider! She always has her patients best interest and really cares about getting to the root of their health concerns. I love her calm and relaxed, yet professional demeanor. It’s taken me over two years to find a PCP I trust that does not gaslight me. I’d recommend her anyday of the week.
Made an appointment there as a first time patient today. The most laid back doctors office experience I have ever had. Felt like I was just interacting with a friend the entire time. Not to mention extremely fast! 10/10 would recommend and will be back.
