Just go elsewhere. Dr. Medina was rushed and unhelpful. Her answers were long winded and often veered off. I was hoping to connect with a provider but found her unrelatable. Disappointed, was a waste of time and resources for me personally.

Dr. Mercado was so great - I've been trying to talk to my primary doc about a few ongoing things for YEARS and have just been blown off. Dr. Mercado listened and responded with a real treatment plan. She also gave me all the info I needed to decide between the options, and made herself available for follow-up.

Dr Mercado is super easy to talk to which makes it easy to ask questions so you can get to the root of the issues she has worked really hard to get the medication I need approved through my insurance she did not give up when I probably would have.

Meeting online is easier than making time to commute to an office. Dr. Mercado is easy to communicate with and thorough in our online medical visits. I appreciate her expertise and medical advice. She demonstrates care and compassion every time we communicate.
