In a world where everything is on a timeline or schedule, my experience has been a decline in authentic patient care in general. Definitely not the case with Dr. M. She always asks if I have any questions as we move through the apShow morepointment and takes the time to explain, sometimes reexplain, everything and I am treated with dignity and respect even in these cases. I've had great doctors, but Dr. M. truly practices patient CARE and exceeds all expectations - she also has a great sense of humor!

Dr. M is great at communicating our plan and helping me to focus on what I can control. She's very easy to talk to and she doesn't beat around the bush. Everything is straight forward and I absolutely appreciate it!

Excellent dr. Listens to your concerns and gives treatments doesn’t tell you what you should be feeling. Support staff is excellent at appointments and filling scripts. Most importantly her approach is yielding success but a reasonable rate.

I felt a little like Dr Mercado knew what she was going to say before we met. I was seeking a second opinion because that's what my last doctor did. She was clearly knowledgeable, and I will take this first step with her, but I am not confident she is really hearing what my specific - and maybe unique - concerns are.
