Hello. My appointment on Friday 11/28 went pretty well. My prescriptions were called to the pharmacy promptly, the doctor asked me pertinent questions, and had the time to listen to my answers. I got some advice about several things, some of which I have taken already, and some of which I am considering. In these last two days/nights, I am at least meeting my basic energy needs with eating, and I slept well. Thought patterns are not unbearably gloomy. Feelings okay.
