Hi, I’m Maria. Have you ever felt alone in your pain, wishing you had someone kind and understanding to talk to—someone who truly listens and helps you find answers that work for you? That’s precisely why I became a counselor: to walk alongside people who are hurting and help them find hope and healing. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, couples, and teens facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger, relationship issues, conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is empathetic, practical, and solution-focused. I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), as well as a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. My experience spans community mental health centers and work with military populations.
