Maria Willever

Maria Willever, PharmD, is an essential member of our care team, bringing expert medication knowledge, practical problem-solving and a genuine dedication to making treatment safer and easier for every patient. She offers a unique blend of deep clinical experience, a warm bedside manner and true passion for serving the Palm Beach County community she has called home for more than 25 years.

Maria is a licensed pharmacist and Florida Certified Immunizer with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Gregory School of Pharmacy at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She has spent her career serving patients in many different pharmacy settings, including large retail organizations, specialty compounding, assisted-living support and independent pharmacy.

For more than 12 years, Maria owned and operated a Long-term Care Pharmacy, where she provided clinical guidance, medication management and support for assisted living facilities, hospice teams and healthcare providers across Palm Beach County. Her experience includes ensuring medication safety, reviewing complex prescriptions, counseling patients and managing specialized medication packaging and compliance programs.

Her primary focus is high-quality patient care, accuracy, safety and compassionate support. Maria is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to better assist and connect with a wider portion of our community.

Throughout her career, Maria has been committed to giving back—mentoring future pharmacists as a preceptor at Palm Beach Atlantic University and volunteering in local community health and support programs. What matters most to her is that every patient feels heard, respected and supported. Because rheumatology care often involves long-term treatment, her goal is to help you feel comfortable with your medications and confident in your overall treatment plan and health journey.
