2 years and Dr. Eze cracked me open in our very first session -no crowbar needed. I came in guarded, left oversharing. When she’s in technical mode, she’s brilliant: clear, logical, and focused. But sessions can take detours into religion or “parent lecture” territory, which isn’t my thing and sometimes blurs professional lines. She’s wise, direct, and keeps you accountable -be ready for a mix of therapy, tough love, and the occasional sermon. Still, I keep coming back…she’s one of the best.

Mariah is very understanding and a good listener. She was able to put to words a lot of the things I was struggling with for 22 years. After our first session I left understanding myself so much more and got mechanisms to help me unlearn bad behaviors. I highly recommend, especially for females!
